The Manse

The Manse is located in Broughton on the A701 about 150 metres from the Kirk. It was built in 1969 and is well-maintained. There are 4 bedrooms (one en-suite), a lounge, dining room, study, kitchen, family bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom.

It is fully insulated with loft and cavity wall insulations. Planning permission has been applied for to construct an all ability access ramp at the front.

The Manse has a large stone garage and is set back from the main road. At the rear there are views over a bluebell wood and fields.
